Senior government representatives, industry leaders and major investors are convening for the Central Coast City Shaping Summit - Gosford Now event.
This is a ticketed event hosted by Business NSW at Gosford RSL, the summit will bring together the region’s most influential voices across development, infrastructure, housing, and education and to focus on one clear objective - delivering the next chapter of Gosford’s growth.
Business NSW Regional Director, Scott Goold, said the summit marks a shift from vision to action.
“This is not a conversation about potential, it’s about delivery. Gosford has all the ingredients of a successful metropolitan CBD, and this summit is about aligning the right people, investment and policy settings to accelerate that transformation.”
Set against the backdrop of Gosford’s unique natural harbour, connected transport links and growing lifestyle appeal, the forum will highlight the city’s increasing attractiveness for medium to high-density residential development, including affordable housing.
The program will feature keynote insights from Dr Andy Marks on the contrasting growth trajectories of Australian cities, alongside a detailed economic outlook from Commonwealth Bank’s Kevin Stanley on investment feasibility and development conditions across regional markets.
Attendees will hear directly from leading developers including ALAND and Urban Property Group and Land Specialists, showcasing major projects already underway and reinforcing confidence in Gosford as an emerging investment destination.
A series of high-level panel discussions will bring together decision-makers from government, industry and infrastructure to explore key opportunities and challenges -including housing supply, precinct development, healthcare infrastructure and modern methods of construction.
