Central Coast Council will benefit from $105,000 in funding support to deliver the upgraded playspace.
The works will include the following and see the existing large octagonal swing retained: -
Renewal of the play unit with three slides.
A climbing wall and shop counter.
A rocker.
A nest swing.
Rubber and mulch Softfall.
A new path linking the car park and an inclusion of a disabled parking spot
Mr Mehan has seen the concept designs and has also requested Council consider seating as part of the upgrade.
David Mehan MP said: “I am pleased to be able to deliver on this election commitment for my community. Not only will this enhance the current playspace and make it more inclusive, but it will also provide a safe place for children to enjoy with their families.”
