David Harris Member for Wyong presented Ms Manning her Community Recognition Statement acknowledged in Parliament of NSW recognising the remarkable impact on inspiring women through willingness to work hard and persevere to achieve goals.
The Women Changing the World Awards presented by Oprah Winfrey’s all-time favourite guest, Dr Tererai Trent, celebrate and recognise women achieving outstanding success in areas such as sustainability, humanitarian work, leadership, advocacy, tech, product development, education, health, and innovation.
The awards are designed to recognize the growing number of women who are leading the way in making the world a better place for us all and inspire other women to answer the call to take action.
Dr Trent said: “These exceptional women are here to awaken hearts, give permission to recapture dreams and inspire the women of the world to come together to forge a brighter path for all. The rising of women is the awakening of everybody.”
Raquel said she was excited to win GOLD in the Hall of Fame in the 2025 Women Changing the World Awards.
Raquel expressed her excitement and deep gratitude, saying: “Winning gold in the Hall of Fame is an immense honour. This recognition affirms the importance of championing gender equality in traditionally male-dominated industries. It motivates me to keep pushing for an inclusive future.”
