COMMUNITY SPORT SCORES VITAL FUNDS

The Entrance shares $4.49M
SPORTING organisations in The Entrance electorate have shared in $4.49M following the awarding of grants in the NSW Government’s Local Sport Grant Program.
 
The program provides grants for minor facility upgrades, new equipment and programs that support and encourage participation in sport and active recreation in NSW.
 
Grants up to $20,000 were available, with up to $50,000 in The Entrance electorate.
 
The list of successful projects for The Entrance electorate: -
 
Central Coast Football                                            $4,500.
EDSACC Croquet Club Inc                                    $4,000.
The Entrance and District Cricket Club Inc         $2,500.
The Entrance Hockey Club Inc                             $4,166.
The Bay Rugby Club Inc                                        $4,334.
Berkeley Vale Soccer Club Inc                              $10,000.
Killarney District Soccer Club                                $8,000.
Tuggerah Lakes Memorial Pistol Club Inc           $10,000.
The Razorbacks Rugby Club Inc                          $2,500.
 
Projects funded included upgrades to changerooms and bathrooms, renovation of lawns, and purchasing of equipment.
